Important Notice

By booking a service with DwarajTrip, you accept our policies outlined below. These terms help ensure a smooth experience for all travelers.

1. General Terms

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and advance payment.

Itineraries are customizable within the scope of the destination's operational feasibility.

These terms and conditions are applicable to all travel packages offered by DwarajTrip.

By booking with us, you agree to comply with all terms mentioned herein.

2. Hotel Policies & Basic Terms

Check-In & Check-Out Timings

Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 - 1:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges payable directly to the hotel.

Hotel Allocation

Hotels will be provided based on the selected category (Standard / Deluxe / Luxury) and availability. If a listed hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a similar category hotel in the same or nearby location.

Child Policy

  • Children up to 5 years are generally complimentary if sharing bed with parents (without extra bed or breakfast), subject to hotel policy.
  • Children aged 6 to 8 years may or may not be accommodated with existing bedding—depends on hotel policy. Some hotels may allow sharing bed; others may require extra mattress/bed.
  • For children above 9-10 years, extra bed/mattress is usually mandatory and chargeable as per the hotel's tariff.
  • Parents must inform the travel company of the exact number and age of children while booking to avoid issues at check-in.

Room Amenities

Standard amenities like clean linen, soap, towels, and basic toiletries are included. Room heaters, electric kettles, or special bedding are available at select hotels and may be chargeable.

Special Requests

Requests like adjoining rooms, view preferences, or early breakfast will be passed on to the hotel, but fulfillment is subject to availability and hotel discretion.

Hotel Rules & Conduct

Guests must follow hotel rules. Unruly behavior, property damage, or smoking in non-smoking rooms may attract fines.

ID Proof Mandatory

All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). Children aged 5 and above may also be asked for age proof.

3. Cab Services Terms

Vehicle Type

The cab provided will be as per the package selected (Sedan/SUV/Tempo Traveler/Coach Bus), subject to availability. All vehicles are commercial and registered for tourist use.

Driver Duty Hours

Driver duty is typically between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Cab service will be available for 10 hours). Night driving is strictly prohibited in hilly or forest or noisy urban areas as per safety and regional transport rules.

Sightseeing Coverage

All sightseeing points will be covered as per the itinerary, provided they are accessible and operational. Entry tickets and guide charges are not included unless specified.

Extra Usage

If guests wish to use the cab beyond the itinerary (extra sightseeing, early start, late night drop, etc.), additional charges may apply on a per km/hour basis, depending on vehicle type and region.

Vehicle Circumstances

In case of any mechanical failure or unforeseen breakdown, we will try our best to resolve the issue as early as possible by either repairing the vehicle on-site.

4. Payment Terms

Advance Payment

Minimum 30% advance is required to confirm the booking.

Confirmation Payment

20% Must be paid after receiving Hotel confirmation Vouchers

Final Payment

The remaining 50% must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your trip. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience for your upcoming journey

Payment Methods

UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash (as permitted). Credit/Debit Cards may include processing charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest

  • 30+ days before travel: 90% refund of advance
  • 15–29 days before: 75% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund

Refund Processing Time

7–10 working days from the date of cancellation request.

Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Other Important Terms

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or changes due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, roadblocks, or any unforeseen events.

Behavior & Safety

Guests are expected to behave responsibly. Any damage to vehicle/hotel property will be borne by the guest.

Disputes

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the business is registered.

Amendments

DwarajTrip reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
